Wedding for 150 guests

Dear Matt and Maggie,
I have been trying to think of how to write and thank you both for the absolutely unimaginably fantastic job you did on Chelsea and Matt’s reception. There are truly NO WORDS. We were totally BLOWN AWAY by it all. The attention to detail, the artistry of your presentation, the unique and fabulous style but most of all the taste, the wonderful taste of the food was incredible. Everything was so, so delicious. I thought all of our guests from NC and Virginia were going to pass out, the wonderful cheese wagon against the backdrop of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains on the green grass was so breathtaking.
Then to the barn to enjoy such a fabulous meal—so perfectly prepared and served. My husband was so overwhelmed by your talent as chefs and business people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the big things and all the little things from the beginning on your front porch last summer with Matt running to and from the garden for nasturtiums to the end when Maggie was wrapping all our centerpieces in saran for us to take home and for wrapping up all the wedding cake which we are still enjoying.
Matt, you did a masterful job and Maggie, thank you for your patience and attention to detail after detail after detail. We loved every minute, it was magic. We thank you, thank you for sharing your incredible gift with us and feel honored that we got to experience such a memorable evening with you and your staff—you truly were the spice of our life that night.
