Raw Bar
Raw bar includes the freshest and highest quality seafood: Seasonal clams & oysters like New England littlenecks and Blue Point oysters shucked to order, scallop seviche, jumbo poached shrimp and Maine crab claws, lemon wedges, chili horseradish sauce, assorted hot sauces, shallot mignonette and fresh horseradish.

Create Your Own Seafood Bar
Our chefs will help you select the highest quality market seafood.  Options include: assorted clams and oysters, crab claws, scallop/seafood seviche, jumbo shrimp, crawfish, grilled lobster tails our options are as large as the sea!

Assorted Smoked Fish
A variety of East coast smoked fish, thinly sliced smoked Maine salmon, peppered mackerel, smoked trout and whitefish salad. All served with sliced ripe tomatoes, Bermuda onions, French cucumber slices, chopped eggs, capers, lemon wedges and scallion cream cheese and served with horseradish crème fraîche and brown bread.

Sushi Station
Our chefs can make a sushi table fit for kings!

* Maki: rolled sushi
* Nori Mahi: vegetable sushi, prepared inside and out
* Tekko Maki: tuna rolls, prepared inside and out
* California Maki: crab and avocado
* Oshinko: mahi with pickled radish
* Okashi: vinegared rice balls topped with fish and other ingredients
* Nigiri Okashi: smoked salmon
* Ebi Okashi: cooked shrimp
* Maguro Okashi: leanest raw tuna
* Kani Okashi: cooked king crab legs
* Tamago-yaki: egg omelet
* Anago Okashi: sea eel cooked in sake, soy sauce and sugar
* Kaiwari Okashi: radish leaves and pickled ginger

All sushi served with wasabi, pickled ginger and shoyu dipping sauces.
